Syed greeted us on arrival as we had booked an appointment, from that moment he was so helpful nothing was too much trouble, we took our time looking at mattresses and came away extremely happy and being offered tea or coffee we thought was a very nice touch well done Dreams. Would highly recommend 👍

The person helping us on the day with our purchase was extremely helpful, offered us a lovely hot drink and was ever so polite and courteous. I have rarely come across some one so enthusiastic, polite and eager to help In a retail environment. Ifzal, in our opinion carried himself as if he were the store manager (I'm surprised that he's not!!).....I think the store manager could actually learn a thing or two from him actually!! When I went back to settle the balance, unfortunately Ifzal was not in and it was the store manager who took the final balance from me. She wasn't at all Inviting and acted as if she was merely doing her job...whereas ifzal!!...Well you could tell that this is more than JUST a job to him!! We need to buy a bed for the loft guest room, so I am going to make sure I go in when ifzal is there as I know I will get excellent service!!! He is most definitely an asset to the company!!

We were very impressed with the service of the the sales team at Dreams Ilford. They were very polite and easily approachable and helped us towards our purchase. They had great communication skills and were friendly to talk to. The team had even offered drinks to us and made us feel very welcomed.
