Sales assistant (Ayesha) was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. She helped us to make the best choice possible and also give advice on any other products available. Made the whole thing very relaxing and enjoyable.

Needed to replace 2 single mattresses for 5' adjustable bed. Sales assistant Ayesha at the Ilford store was extremely helpful in helping us to find the most suitable for our needs and comfort. She explained in detail about the construction of the different types available. No reflection on Ayesha that there was very limited choice available for an automatic bed. Plus a little confusion on what size is a single mattress - more our fault as we didn't initially explain that we need 2'6" not 3' . Overall a good experience. The wait time of 4 weeks is acceptable as the mattresses apparently are made to order. Ayesha ensured that we were comfortable with the Covid precautions and offered us drinks. She also kindly helped us to the car with the pillows we purchased, plus the very acceptable free ones!
