Upon arrival at the store (on 2 occasions - the first one being a couple of weeks ago), Iffy was friendly and clearly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products in store. He had a very gentle sales approach which suited our needs and explained things carefully and we were very happy with the whole Dreams experience. I actually chose to bring my husband back to this store because Ifzal had been so knowledgeable and made me feel welcome the first time.

I was highly satisfied with my experience as a result of the employees friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge. Ifzal from the Ilford store also know by his friends as Iffy treated me with kindness as soon as I stepped through the door. He offered me water when I was thirsty, had knowledge and guidance which assisted with my purchase. When trying beds he put a nice comfy pillow under my head (one that I later went on to buy).
