We went to 2 of your Dreams stores - one in Ilford and the other in Beckton and found the staff very helpful and knowledgable about the beds and mattresses. There was a wide selection of beds in the showrooms. The staff asked if we needed help and showed us around at the products and explained the differences, listened to our needs which resulted in us purchasing an ottoman beds from each of the stores we visited. The delivery dates available were good and suited us to book in delivery around our availability. Thank you keep up the good customer service

Ifzal, the assistant who attended to us was exceptionally helpful, friendly and very knowledgable about the products in store. He greeted us very well, offered refreshments on a number of occasions and above all, was very patient with no pressure on s to make up our minds anytime soon. I have shopped for beds at Dreams for well over 10 years, as my purchase record will tell, but this is the first time I've felt to respond to something like this due to the exceptional customer service received which Ifzal went over and above to make the buying experience fun and enjoyable. Hope he keeps it up.

Exceptional customer service. Greeted as we came into the store. Shown a wide range of products. Staff very knowledgeable. Given a cup of tea. Given free pillows. Explanation of prices, services and available extra all very clear. Cannot fault anything. Will recommend to all and will buy beds from dreams in future.

To be honest with you, we are very aware of how difficult it is for retailers to thrive and grow in this online era. However, your staff (Ifzal in particular) is very conscious of the mood of the customer. Within 5 mins of us asking him a question we had decided that we would not only purchase from the store but from him in particular. I would love to say make him a manager, but I am afraid that with the additional responsibility he would lose the humanity in the role. But he should be rewarded well for his care for the customer and your business. That said, he should be a mentor to others within your company. If each store has a person like Ifzal, you are bound to survive the demise of the high street for another 50 years at least. Good luck! PS: We are impressed that a large organisation such as yours, which was founded approx 31 years ago is, is trying to hold onto a personalised service. The effort is welcomed from us as a customer.

Ifzal was very helpful and kind, greeted us, offered me and my family a drink and helped us decide what we liked and what was ideal for our situation. Very professional and knowledgeable, would recommend him to friend and family. Deserves a promotion!
