We visited your store in Ilford. The sales person's name was Ifzal. Cannot fault his service and knowledge. He was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He was not a pushy sales person. Pam then processed our order and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to family & friends.

Yasin was a lovely friendly salesman

It helped that there was no one else in the store, and the service from Pam was fantastic. A lovely welcome and offered a drink a couple of times. Very attentive at all times and I was in and out within twenty minutes albeit a few hundred quid down!

He was very hospital, cheerful with his greeting when w entered the store offered us drinks on our arrival. He also supplied a very comfortable pillow when we tried the mattress. He also explained everything to us in a detailed manner.
