Dreams - Ilford

Ifzal from Ilford branch was amazing.

I've previously been mattress shopping and could never find something right for myself. I didn't have a clear understanding of what I wanted and the differences between all the types. With the help of Syed at Dreams he managed to hone down what I wanted out of a mattress down to a final choice of 2 that I liked very much, he gave me time to relax and make my own decision without persisting on a sale and he answered all my questions satisfactorily.

She's and Pam were very friendly and helpful. They were very informative and spent extra time after the store closed to help put my order through.

We were served by Pam. She was lovely. Greeted us when we entered, allowed us to browse, and then came to ask us if we needed help. She showed us exactly what we asked for and answered all my questions well. She wasn’t over bearing or pushy, but still offered us products/alternatives without doing a hard sale Excellent service. Went to a Dreams store last week, and wasn’t impressed with the service. This was so much better. Would recommend friends and family to go to ilford store anytime.

Excellent customer service provide by staff ie- Ifzal based at seven kings store. Very professional, pleasant and kind.

What can I say, the colleague who served us on the day was absolutely amazing. He was constantly meeting and greeting all the customers, very courteous and customer focused. It was clear and evident that he loved working for Dreams and that he is treated very well. Looking at his behaviour I think he should be given an opportunity to go onto a management role or something equivalent. He was caring for every customer and was acknowledging everyone's Qs. I myself working in one of best Retail Business as a Manager, Where we thrive in delivering exceptional care to all our customers and give them the experience they deserve whilst in store. I would like to highly recommend him for whatever in house reward system you have at Dreams. I am sure Employing more staff like IFZAL will definitely see Dreams performance shoot up the roof. The gentleman that served me was called Ifzal. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable because he was friendly and civil.

The lady was lovely. I was greeted, offered a drink and she went through everything with me to make sure I had a proper understanding of everything

I was offered assistance as soon as I entered Dreams store. I knew roughly what I was looking for but, was glad of the assistance from Ifzal, and his help in determining right bed and mattress for me.
