The sales assistant was highly knowledgeable, personable and treated my teenage son (for whom the bed was being bought) with genuine respect and involved him fully in the choice of mattress etc... all in all a very pleasant experience. We felt as if we had made the right purchase for our needs.

Very helpful member of staff, good honest advice given. Staff member knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble.

The sales person was polite and friendly. He went at length to assist me by securing the item and placing it in my vehicle. He explain how I can look after the mattress and told me the product gas one year gaurantee. Brilliant.

Once I decided on which bed I wanted, Ifzal was very helpful in ensuring all my requirements were met.

I was attended to by Ifzal Hussain at the Ilford High street store. I was incredibly impressed with his product knowledge and his patience in speaking with me to gain a reasonable understanding of the mattress I needed, and suitability for my sleeping style. His service was pressure free, but appropriately informative. The arrangements of delivery was also sound as an advance date was offered on my request to enable the completion of my home decoration. I was served by a lady called Pam who met all my needs wen making a purchase of single mattress as I also wanted to purchase bedding and she was quick to show me what was on offer as I thought only beds and mattresses were sold. Pam made it easier to make purchase of Duvet there too.thank you xx
