We served by ifzal and Pam with great customer service clean tidy store and made us hot chocolate definitely go back to get more beds

On the day we were served by Ifzal,an extremely friendly staff who guided us around the store and showed us what was what.He also offered us drinks. When I told him my budget was under £650, he recommended some spectacular mattresses and adviced us to lie down to feel the comfort of each of the firm mattresses ,when my son was asking about the furniture,he kindly responded. Doesn't take long to complete my order and he also explained the invoice details , wrote down the date for me to return to pay the balance etces. We are very happy with the services he has provided for us on the day.

We got the bed & cabints we wanted and at the price we were happy with. The sales staff were very pleasant and us feel very comfortable during our visit to your store

WHEN ME AND MY WIFE ARRIVED WITH OUR GRANDDAUGHTER INTO THE STORE WE LOOKED AROUND THE STORE FOR FEW MINUTES, THEN WE WERE GREETED BY A FRIENDLY PERSON FROM DREAMS DEPARTMENT CALLED IFZAL WHO ASKED AS WE IF WE NEEDED ANY ASSISTANCE, I POLITELY SAID WE ARE FINE AT THE PRESENT TIME TO WHICH HE REPLIED NO PROBLEM SIR, PLEASE CALL ME WHEN AND IF YOU NEED ANY ASSISTANCE. WHEN WE DID APPROACH HIM LATER HE WAS VERY POLITE AND OFFERED US EXCELLENT ADVICE ON MATTRESSES, HE ALSO OFFERED US DRINKS WHEN WE SAT DOWN TO GET SOME PRICES, HE WAS NOT PUSHSY OR FORCEFUL IN ANY WAY TRYING TO SELL US SOMETHING, HE MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND DUE TO HIS KNOWLEDGE AND POLITENESS AND ABOVE ALL THE QUALITY OF THE MATTRESSES WE ENDED UP BUYING TWO MATTRESSES. HE ALSO ADVICE US ON DIFFERENT RANGE OF PILLOWS DREAMS OFFER, WHICH WE HAVE DECIDED TO PURCHASE ON OUR NEXT VISIT TO THE SAME STORE. 10 OUT OF 10 FOR MR IFZAL'S POLITENESS, HE IS ALSO VERY HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I WOULD FEEL VERY HAPPY TO RECOMMEND YOUR STORE TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

We dealt with Ifzal who had fantastic product knowledge and was very engaging, he made you feel at ease from the moment we walked in the store, he is a very easy person to do deal with as there was no pressure selling. He is a credit to your branch in Ilford, nothing was to much trouble for him. He also stayed at least an hour after the store closed to make sure we were taken care of and understood exactly what we were getting. If we had a position going in my company I would offer him a job.

I rang in the morning and said what I wanted. When I went to the store they remembered exactly what I needed and I was seen to straight away. It was great especially as I hate shopping, they made it so easy and quick.

The employee working at the store was very friendly and helpful with my purchase. I told her specifically what I was looking for and she showed me all the beds that would be a good match. I then told her my budget and she narrowed down the search until I was able to find the mattress that was best for me.
