Extremely courteous staff (James) who discussed the requirements. James came across as very knowledgeable about the products and suggested the best fit product (mattresses). He offered water and tea / coffee to us while we went through the financing arrangement. He was very transparent and explained the arrangement clearly. Overall he enriched our experience.

Abdulla was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us out. He was not pushy and tailored his questions to our needs. I work in sales myself and he did a great job 👏

I came into the Ilford store on Saturday the 18th september. I was pleasantly greeted by a lady called Aysha. She showed me the scanning machine to find the best type of mattress and then she showed me all of the available options. I was very happy with her service and the knowledge of the products she was offering. she also spent nearly 2 hours with me and I ended up spending over £2000 on two mattresses. Aysha was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses very friendly and professional. I ended up buying two double silent night Risborough mattresses after spending 2 hours in the store under the guidance of aysha. Her customer service skills were amazing. AMIT LAKHANI

I was in Beckton shop and looking for a mattress for bunk bed. I found one what I wanted to buy but unfortunately they didn’t have it on stock. Lady phoned to different, nearest branches and found where I can buy it and collect straight away. Gentlemen in Ilford branch is very friendly and helpful. All buying process was quick and easy.
