We were greeted and made welcome on arrival. We were offered a drink which was well received and then the Sleepmatch system was explained in a clear manor. we dealt with a member of staff called James who was extremely patient and gave us easy to understand answers to all our questions

We were greeted on arrival, Charles was professional yet friendly and personable. He understood what we were looking for and showed us options and made suggestions or products that weren’t on display too. He wasn’t pushy but very knowledgeable.
