We were given time to look around - the store was quite busy at the time - and then approached by a salesperson, Ramela, who was attentive but not pushy and knowledgeable about your products.

We were were not greeted on arrival as all the sales people were busy, but Josh obviously saw we were testing mattresses and said he would be with us as soon as he became available, which he did. This gave us time to take on board the information he had given us said and gave us time to focus on our requirements.

Good costumer service and reasonable price

Your salesperson Mick was very competent upon my arrival with the electric bed which sorts out the mattress witch is the best for you. Mick sorted my requirements very well and I was pleased with my order.

We visited dreams at high wycombe and was very happy, buying a mattress is not a shopping highlight . But we'll done dreams, top staff and a great friendly atmosphere, both myself and my wife Lisa where impressed and kept laughing in a positive way about carriaging our pillows about our bed choices 😄. Service was very good and the ability to assess different mattress types was a key need which, due to the variety on offer, was able to be fulfilled.

On our first visit a couple of weeks ago, Leah was very helpful and we gained an idea of the options available. After further consideration and visits to some of your competitors, we returned for a second visit, during which Josh was very helpful.
