Very friendly staff greeted me at the door.talked us through expectations whilst in the store pointed to where products were in store.Showed us technology which we could use in store to help with our needs (sleep match). Offered us drinks. Salesman listened to what we wanted showed us different options very good experience

Charlie, the lady who served us on our initial visit, to your Loudwater showroom, could not have been more helpful, or friendly, or highly knowledge than she was. She was brilliant. Then on my second visit, she was equally as helpful and friendly, etc, as the first time.

Ramala was very knowledgeable and friendly whist giving us time to try out products safely throughout our visit.
