After visiting the high Wycombe /Beaconsfield branch, my partner and I were blown away by the friendly proffesional manner of the team that helped us find the correct mattress for us. Mick and James went above and beyond. This isn't the first exceptional experience I have had. A year earlier I was in with my mother where she was helped by Kevin to purchase her mattress. Great service, I would only ever buy my beds and accessories from dreams.
