Dreams - High Wycombe

Mick made our visit a very pleasant experience - he made us feel welcome and taken care of. He did offer a brilliant customer service - his friendliness, helpfulness, willingness to help and provide advice was impressive. We will definitely be returning to Dreams in High Wycombe and will be seeking Mick.

It was first purchase at Dreams. We were greet d by James, he was very friendly and polite. He was wearing COVID mask. He was very enthusiastic about his job and the products. He offered my friend and I a bottle of water each. I was impressed with the bed used for measuring your size etc. There was a good selection of mattresses available. I like the fact , that I didn’t need to try a large range, due to the ‘magic bed’ which cut down the viable options. Store was lovely and clean and I was very pleased there was. A 0% finance option, as I’d never purchased a £1,000 mattress before !
