Dreams - High Wycombe

We were dealt with by James. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the difference in the various mattresses which helped us to choose the one that would suit us. He was friendly and was able to answer all our queries which gave us confidence in dealing with Dreams. It was a most pleasant experience dealing with this member of your staff.

It was first purchase at Dreams. We were greet d by James, he was very friendly and polite. He was wearing COVID mask. He was very enthusiastic about his job and the products. He offered my friend and I a bottle of water each. I was impressed with the bed used for measuring your size etc. There was a good selection of mattresses available. I like the fact , that I didn’t need to try a large range, due to the ‘magic bed’ which cut down the viable options. Store was lovely and clean and I was very pleased there was. A 0% finance option, as I’d never purchased a £1,000 mattress before !
