Mick our sales man, was very friendly, went through Covid compliance, showed us the different options available to us, didn’t try and oversell or push too hard for us to make a purchase but gave us time to make our own mind up, although it was past closing time. Offered us a hot beverage and nothing was too much trouble.

Was approached by James when I entered the store, he was very attentive and helpful but not at all pushy and left me to make up my own mind which was brilliant.
