Kevin was really great. Very helpful - I made one call and two visits and he assisted me with all and remembered everything from the conversations before. I was only going on to buy a bed frame but thanks to Kevin, I also left with my spare room mattress too - perfect!

I was helped by a gentleman named James and I have never met such a genuinely enthusiastic sales person quite like him before, he knew so much depth about all of the products in the store, was able to help me with any queries I had and also just had the brightest and best energy I’ve ever seen whilst shopping before. You can see why he’s so good at what he does !!!

Mick our sales man, was very friendly, went through Covid compliance, showed us the different options available to us, didn’t try and oversell or push too hard for us to make a purchase but gave us time to make our own mind up, although it was past closing time. Offered us a hot beverage and nothing was too much trouble.

James was very helpful and knowledgable. He spent the time to walk us through and show us everything he believed fitted our needs from the information we gave him for what we were looking for. Very friendly.
