The service was quick and easy it made the whole process a pleasure rather than a pain

We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door by Mick. He was friendly and welcoming directing us to try out sleep match to begin with. We were impressed by his knowledge of the different mattresses he proceeded to show us whilst letting us use the most comfortable pillows we have ever tried which we subsequently purchased when ordering. On the whole a very relaxed and enjoyable experience.

We felt that Kevin gave impeccable service throughout our visit. His knowledge of the products was fantastic and was able to even advise on extra products, on this case a pillow to help with a neck issue. He knew from the offset the different delivery times for different products.

My wife is in a wheelchair. We were met at the door by Kevin who upon arrival listened to what we required and showed us around the products. Whenever we had a question it was answered without hesitation. Kevin made us feel welcome and his knowledge was extremely good. Hence we placed our order there and nowhere else.

Sales person josh was very polite, and very helpful made my purchase very easy

James the Sales consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the beds available. He wasn’t pushy either.

We were give undivided attention and all our questions were answered satisfactorily.
