I spoke with Josh initially over the phone when enquiring about a product and he suggested I ask for him when we come to store and he can direct me straight to the item I was interested in. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was able to offer clear comparisons between the different options available. Very polite, very clear, gave us the opportunity to try the beds out, offered a pillow (with suitable protection). He was very patient as we considered our purchase and gave us the space to discuss. A credit to the company and the store.

I walked in wanting to take a bed away that afternoon. I had to compromise on what I wanted but I was highly satisfied with the service I was give and the price was amazing

I found the person that delt with me was very pleasant and helpful and not rushed to get finished

As soon as we walked into store someone greeted us and explained the social distancing measures in place. Then asked what we were looking for. After explaining the mattress type and price we were shown a number of different ones to try. Once decided we had a swift purchase and were out the store in 20 minutes! Great customer service.

I was greeted by Mick who showed me the single beds and explained my options. I selected the bed I liked and settled the invoice.
