Despite being very busy and the added complexities of social distancing, the staff were excellent in dealing with us. Everything was efficient and we did not feel at any risk. The member of staff who dealt with our order was knowledgeable and immediately understood what we were seeking. Delivery was scheduled for a week later which suited our needs

I spoke with Josh initially over the phone when enquiring about a product and he suggested I ask for him when we come to store and he can direct me straight to the item I was interested in. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was able to offer clear comparisons between the different options available. Very polite, very clear, gave us the opportunity to try the beds out, offered a pillow (with suitable protection). He was very patient as we considered our purchase and gave us the space to discuss. A credit to the company and the store.
