A panic visit to purchase a much needed new matress before lockdown II and pending birth of first baby. My partner and I went literally the evening before the lockdown commenced. Mick was absolutely fantastic, explained the process, the different mattress options, took the time to understand our needs, and was caring and enthusiastic with his approach. Third mattress we tried, we purchased (heavily discounted!) with delivery arranged for 3 days later :) Free coffee & water. Very hygenic process. Lots of consideration for my rather large baby bump. Can’t wait for the matress to arrive on Saturday and finally get a good nights sleep! Thank you Dreams and especially Mick - an absolute asset to the company!

Charles who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed without being pushy. He supplied us with the detail we needed to make an informed decision.

Our assistant Kevin was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the tester bed and the feedback from it and Kevin helped us very patiently to find the right mattresses and beds. As we were ordering lots of both, Kevin gave us a good deal - not something you would get from an online experience. Highly commend Kevin for his product knowledge, great attitude and customer service and would return!
