We were greeted very promptly and professionally by a lady called Charlie in the Loudwater, High Wycombe branch who’s product knowledge was exceptional. Charlie’s confidence in the products she was showing us stood out and this in turn made our choice much easier to make. The price of the product is never as low as the consumer would like but that’s life being O.A.P.’s we have to make sure that the money we spend is well spent. This is not the first time I have bought beds from yourselves I think this is my third or fourth purchase over the years.

Your sales assistant greeted us as soon as we walked in and explained the COVID policy then proceeded to explain about the sales process. The sales person made our experience good.
