I placed the order by phone and the gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable of the bed and mattress I wanted. I was impressed by his politeness and how quickly he was able to place my order this gave me confidence in the company I was buying from.

I have always purchased my bedroom needs from dreams and I would NEVER shop anywhere else.. Just sorry we lost the Falkirk branch some time ago, but the Uddingston branch is very far for me to travel. I DO LOVE DREAMS. Thanks Margaret Hodge

I am partially sighted, and found the website easy to navigate around, although print could be bolder, with better contrast. Easily found what I was looking for.
