Friendly staff awaiting mattresses to be delivered soon so can’t rate that yet as not slept on it , listened to what I wanted and found the information on site very useful to which would suit me as a side sleeper

S store is currently closed, I dealt with a salesperson over the phone. The call was answered very quickly and I spoke to the sales person straight away. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had a good product knowledge and answered my questions efficiently. I paced an order with him and very quickly received an email confirmation.

From the moment I contacted Dreams and spoke to Jackie on the Monday 8th February 2021, I was extremely impressed. Jackie called me back almost immediately with information about the bed I wanted to order and then later in the day I spoke with Callum who then not only helped me with my order over the telephone, as all of your stores are currently temporarily closed due the the lockdown, but he was wonderfully helpful by guiding me on the correct mattress I would need which would be compatible with the bed frame I ordered. Callum was a pleasure to speak with and completed my order extremely professionally. I am so grateful that Dreams are able to supply me with both a new bed and the mattress in a timely manner as I’m about to move home, where I’ve noticed many other bed companies and high street department stores have long delivery lead times with their beds and mattresses.
