Wax greeted at the door, I knew what I wanted, and was shown the options, all safely so I last distanced. The sales person was polite, friendly and efficient. I selected paid for and arranged deliver of a mattress in under half an hour, and it will be delivered on a Saturday within 4days of purchasing

Mick was extremely calm, helpful and informative. He took his time to explain about products and answer all of our questions. He was efficient with time but ensured that we had the best experience and came away with a product tailored to our needs.

Mick our consultant was highly knowledgeable of the products and listened to our requirements. There was no pressure selling and we were not rushed into any decision. We await delivery next week for a final satisfaction. The only questions I marked down were regarding price as always any body would like to pay less.

The in store salesperson was friendly, informative and efficient making the whole experience very comfortable.

We were greeted very promptly on arrival by Leah who immediately gave us guidance, enabling us to find the most suitable product for our needs. She was pleasant, helpful and attentive throughout our visit, giving us plenty of time to try out a number of mattresses. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making a decision, even though we took slightly longer than our allotted one-hour time slot.

This was our second visit in 6 months and yet again the service was above and beyond, this time from James. From the moment we arrived at the store to the moment we left everything was an absolute pleasure. It was only the second day the store had been open since lockdown but all the staff were obviously well briefed with all the Covid protocols and they did not in any way interrupt the business of the day. We were never rushed, we were given plenty of time to compare the various mattresses. We were also given coffee which was again very pleasing. All in all a very good experience.

My family have shopped with Dreams for over 40 years, purely because they are welcoming, understanding, knowledgeable and dont try to sell something you don't need. Their after care is beyond excellent and everyone that works there are very friendly

Me and my partner travelled half an hour to go to a specific dreams which we were soooo glad we did! We were really struggling with what frame to choose at first as there were so many amazing options, that’s when James popped over, the most amazing salesman I’ve even come across in the best way! He instantly asked us if we needed assistance the minute he saw the struggle on our faces haha! He asked us if we wanted a tea or coffee, we kindly declined. He then showed us around the frames explaining the qualities of them all and was so incredibly friendly!!! Can not express enough how amazing this experience was in James’ company! He really put his all into us and helped us find the perfect frame and mattress! He even recommended that we use a mattress stimulator which analyses your body as you sleep and chooses a range of perfect mattresses that match which I thought was amazing! My partner even eventually gave in to a coffee which she wouldn’t ever do anywhere else! James if you see this bravo on your efforts, enthusiasm and pure dedication to your role, and if a manager sees this GIVE THE GUY A RAISE! Best experience ever and would go back any day!

Kevin from the Loudwater store helped my boyfriend and i find a mattress for us. He greeted us, was very friendly and helpful, kept his distance and wasn't pushy at all. He was brilliant, i even bought a pillow to go with my new mattress!

The salesman was very helpful and attentive.
