The assistant James spent as much time as we required helping make our decision on the products to purchase. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions fully.

I had done my research online for what we were looking for. Made an appointment and on arrival we were met at the door by Kevin and were expected, nice touch. Told Kevin what we had found on line he took us to the item, made himself available if we had any questions. Quick easy and very straight forward, wish all shopping experiences were like this. Shopping for a mattress/bed should not be stressful, so well done Dreams and Kevin.

Your salesman, Josh-was very attentive and friendly. He provided us with coffee and introduced us to the equipment that electronically helped us to choose the ideal bed called sleep watch. He then provided us with the appropriate pillow to try three beds. We chose our favourite and Josh took us through the purchase.

The sales representative, Charles was very welcoming and pleasant. He greeted me with a warm and friendly smile and offered me water and coffee/tea. He also introduced me to other products such as pillow and sleep match that he thought would have been of interest to me. Charles was also very patient and understanding and he answered all my questions brilliantly.

We came to the store to buy a bed for our spare room. We were offered assistance straight away and after being shown suitable beds were left to make our decision. The man was very helpful when we went back several times with various queries. Nothing was too much trouble.
