Mick, the member of staff who gave us assistance was very helpful and patient. Buying a mattress is a big deal. We were able to try out many different mattresses along with Mick's helpful guidance. Our mattress will be delivered only 5 days after purchase.

My mum is 92 hard of hearing and a slight build. Your expert was, totally understanding of her ability and needs, took great care and attention with her and made her feel very special and allowed her the time she needed to test, check out and decide on her options.

Leah are Expert at the time of our visit was charming. She greeted us on arrival, let us look and try the Beds and offered Pillows to do so and also suggested the sleep match, also answered questions and made suggestions for beds to suit, Once we had decided she took us over to her desk and offered refreshments whilst she undertook the order. Leah was delightful, Professional, very Knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. A pleasurable experience. Thank You.

James who assisted me was extremely knowledgeable professional and very personable. His product knowledge was awesome and he made me feel that the best product was offered to me. I left the shop extremely happy knowing that I’d received a very high standard of customer service and I’m extremely satisfied with the help given to me. When we entered the store we were greeted and offered help which we originally did not need . However the person who greeted us told us his name was James and where he would be if we needed his help . He was friendly without being intrusive and gave us time to look around . Once we had some ideas we went back to find him to help us . He listened to the issues for my son and he tried him on the sleep match which then narrowed down the choice of mattresses which was really helpful . Found what we wanted and the whole customer experience was excellent.
