The young lady who greeted us as we arrived could not have been more helpful. She offered us refreshments and took the time to help us in an unhurried and professional manner. She was a credit to the store.

Very helpful, very understanding, James at high Wycombe branch was extremely helpful, polite and a very, very nice gentleman. Nothing was too much trouble.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted, allowed to try the sleep match and given usual advise on what would benefit our comfort in bed and the difference between products. Christiaan was very understanding of what we were looking and narrowed down our options by asking all the right questions. We were buying a new bed, mattress and bed for our daughter and were successful in purchasing all of these. We were offered a drink whilst we made a decision and all terms and conditions at point of sale were clearly stated. Overall we were made to feel comfortable and feel we have made a great decision thanks to the help of Christiaan who went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive customer experience. Throughout all covid-19 compliance was adhered to with face masks worn, social distancing and wiping down of products come in contact with.

Charlie was great, her knowledge on products was more than enough for us and she was very patient with us. It was great having somebody that was specifically there to help us out. She gave us adequate time to peruse and in the end really did help us make our decisions!

Charles the sales assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. He wasn’t pushy and was on hand for any questions and advice. We said what we were after and he recommended products and the whole process was easy.
