I was met promptly at the entrance and introduced to Charli who took me through the whole process of choosing the best mattress for myself. She was very knowledgeable and very patient.

As first time bed buyers, we didn't know where to start. Kevin used a combination of the dreams tech and his knowledge to narrow down the options based on his understanding of our needs which was appreciated as with a 3 month old, we were time pressured! However, we never felt rushed or pressured to buy.

Was met at the door by leah who first explained covid precutions clearly. After brief discussion with leah (I'd already had a mattress in mind)was shown and tried mattress. Once I'd decide to buy it transaction carried out swiftly and shown all details before purchase.
