The sales person KEVIN made all the difference in explaining things clearly and understanding our needs. There was no rush or prerssure in the sale and he gave us time to test the mattresses he thought would be most suitable. He Offered us a drink and toilets and parking on site were good which made everything just right. No pressure to purchase any after sales extras which was encouraging as well.

Josh was extremely helpful in finding a mattress to suit mine and my girlfriend's back pain needs. He wasn't too pushy, knew where to point us, allowed us time to decide, and was super friendly.

It was an easy process and the use of the sleep evaluator bed definitely guided the choice.

Charles, the member of staff who served us, was highly knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we were looking for, explaining the difference between the different types of mattress but also giving us time to discuss on our own and without being overbearing. We ended up spending over our budget but due to the deal we got, we both felt like it was worth it. The whole experience was very enjoyable and I will be recommending my family and friends to buy a mattress or bed from Charles at Dreams in High Wycombe.
