I shopped at Dreams in Loudwater and was assisted by Kevin. His knowledge of the products was very good and he took time to listen to my needs and provide recommendations based on them. He clearly outlined all the safety procedures throughout the shopping experience.

Friendly and knowledgeable service, we were shown a wide range of products and adaptation was made for our budget.

The store in loud water was so good with the Covid an I felt very safe .The employee called Kevin was so good an very helpful with what mattress we wanted an wasn’t pushy at all .excellent .

We arrived as a family of four, without an appointment, and were greeted by James. He was very friendly, explained the procedures for social distancing and directed us to the hand sanitiser station. After some brief questions, we explained we needed three mattresses and James advised we use the SleepMatch system. We are very glad we did, as the results allowed us to go straight to the best mattresses for our own specific needs. James also advised us on which pillows to use for our specific sleep positions and comfort requirements. After trying several types of mattresses, we all narrowed it down to our favourites and ended up with just what we wanted. The deals James offered were just right for our budget and we placed the order and arranged a delivery date. We were in and out within an hour and found the whole experience very good. Thanks James for helping us choose the right mattresses and pillows. We're all looking forward to some amazing sleep when we move into our new home.

We received excellent service from the female assistant. She demonstrated the features of the fold up sofa beds very competently and processed my order efficiently with full explanation of various add on factors.

Greeted on arrival and explained about Covid hygiene.Went on the bed for 4 minutes to find out which mattress suited us.Kevin at High Wycombe discussed mattress’s with us and we laid on a few with our own pillow and paper towel.Once we had mated our decision we had a coffee whilst paying.
