Kevin was fab! As soon as we walked in he helped us straight away without being too pushy. He adhered to all Covid related social distancing whilst helping us find exactly what we needed. All items were in stock and we managed to purchase our dream bed.

well greeted at the door by Josh, given the good run down on the covid safe routine instore, asked what our needs were and what we were visiting the store for, we were offered refreshment (drink), after talking to us he recommended we use the sleep match machine to match us with the selection of mattresses to choose from. he gave us a pillow each and a cover paper for protection, explained that the mattresses may feel slightly damp as they were sprayed to protect against the infection. he new his products very well and exactly where they all were in accordance to the recommendations of the match and what type we were looking for. there was no rush complete so we felt very well treated.

The store collegue was very welcoming and warm, me and my fiancé seemed to like his approach to the items we where after, he took his time to show us around the store and wanted to workout what was best for our needs
