As soon as we walked into the High Wycombe branch, we were made to feel welcome and our needs were understood. We were advised to use the sleep match which we thought was brilliant. We were then handed to James who was brilliant, great personality, wasn’t pushy and knew exactly what we were after and we were able to have a bit of a laugh with him too, we usually are put off going in these types of stores simply because the staff can be unbearable trying to make a sale but in all honesty, he made it so much easier to feel comfortable buying a bed. We are getting married next year and this is the first bed we are buying together so it had to be perfect and at the right price. Very happy with our experience. Would highly recommend this store and have done to a few family members already!

Leah, who helped us, was polite, engaging and very knowledgeable. She took the time to understand our needs and was only too happy to fetch different pillows and show us different options we perhaps hadn't considered. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold or pushed towards a particular model. Leah listened to us and gave us alternative options based on our reaction to the model we had tried. Both my wife and I felt that her efforts should be rewarded and asked to clarify if there was a commission based system and how best to proceed for her to get this if we chose to return and complete a purchase. When we did return, Leah was serving another couple but went out of her way to help both couples at the same time and ensure neither was ignored. Leah was a hugely positive part of our bed shopping experience.

Charlie, the store assistant, was very knowledgeable and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. She was very clear when talking to us and was able to answer any questions that we had.

James was excellent, clearly highly knowledgeable and very polite. We had no idea what we were looking for and he used sleep match to help us. We had a budget of around £800 for a mattress but ended up spending £1250. He greeted us, offered us a drink, provided pillows and was conscious of social distancing. As a Head of Retail myself I wish I had more people like James - a real credit to your business (order number 001A055930 - Mr M gregg)
