Josh was very friendly and approachable. Whilst we shopped early and were the first customers through the door we felt like nothing was too much trouble. He went out of his way to explain the best approach and emphasised it was his opinion rather than make us feel like he was pushing corporate terms on us.

We received excellent service from Leah. A true asset to the company. This was a research visit and we are more likely to buy from Dreams due to Leah’s service. Well done Leah.

Our store colleague Kevin was exceptionally professional and very friendly and made the whole process a pleasurable experience. He greeted us in a very friendly manner and explained the Sleepmatch system seamlessly. He was also very cautious with regard to social distancing and Covid measures. He also advised us that bottled water was available at the entrance. Overall a very relaxed and enjoyable visit. Give Kevin a bonus, he deserves it.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, your sales assistant Leah was on hand to offer assistance, from the small things like ensuring covid safety with hand sanitiser to, providing expert insight in what to look for and think about when selecting a new mattress. World class customer service.

As soon as we entered the store we were told of all the COVID precautions in place and the hand sanitisers over the store. We knew what bed and mattress we wanted as we had seen on line. The assistant promptly showed us the bed and the mattress, and in no time at all, all had been ordered and a delivery date confirmed. All in all an excellent service and a very polite assistant.

The staff at Dreams High Wycombe were extremely friendly and helpful and catered to our exact needs. James assisted us in the purchase of a new mattress and went above and beyond to supply us with everything we needed with minimum additional cost. We were so satisfied with the customer service that we purchased there and then instead of browsing elsewhere before coming back.

Our sales advisor was friendly, without being pushy. He had excellent product knowledge and didn't try to steer us down a narrow product route. He gave us space to consider our options and was always on hand to answer questions.

James had a really good product knowledge and talked through best options for us without the high pressure sales technique that can be off putting.

Kevin was brilliant. Friendly as soon as we came through the door, I explained I didn’t know what I wanted or needed from my mattress so he explained the different types and helped us on the sleepomatic machine. He explained social distancing, paper towels, sprays etc which was great in the middle of COVID. Kevin was very knowledgeable, and importantly gave us time to try the beds on our own and discuss different things - he wasn’t an overly pushy salesman which you normally see in retail! Really can’t fault Kevin - I normally try something and then buy online or do some more research before purchasing but not this time and purchased on the day
