Was effectively called a liar after a price and order was agreed. I even suggested they listen to the telephone conversations. They took the wrong amount from my credit card, said they would refund it and then back tracked.

I was satisfied with Shiraz your sales colleague. I am furious that your post sales customer support is so poor. Had you had systems fit for purpose then you would have followed up my payment date with an email/call and I would not be in the unfortunate position of sleeping on a camp bed for a further two weeks.

I was very unsatified. Your colleges weren’t helpful and were very rude. The manger especially. They kept stoping my order and service to deal with other customers. Forgetting about me

I placed an order online and then when I called after several attempts I was told the mattress were no longer available. when I placed the order in store I was promised a phone call that never happened. and now I am told the bed frame is not available for another 6 weeks

I ordered my mattress. made it very clear what i wanted and i know exactly what i wanted as i work for dreams. the salesman put through the complete wrong order and wrong address. If it wasnt for me checking order at DC i wouldnt had known this. when spoke with manager he sarcasticly said "did i not check your order paper work" and that he couldnt deal with it there and then and i would habe to call up custommer services myself to fix this even though was salemans fault. I know i work for dreams but i expect the same quality of service that would be given to a regular customer

At outset asked about old beds being taken away told that would all be dealt with but not raised again by shop assistant when order placed. When queried by phone afterwards to double check told it would be £248 to dispose of items which is considerably more expensive than other stores. As this is for a property we do not live at we are under time constraints so had no choice but to continue with order but would definitely not buy from Dreams again as could have got items for the same total price else where.

Bed order lost in system!!! Spent 2 hrs on phone to resolve this !!! . we do. Now have the bed ,thanks to Emily but its the wrong base!!! A very stressful day. Delivery guys very good.
