Leah took the time to listen to our needs in terms of from a bed, mattress, pillow and price needs. She knew we had just moved house so showed us affordable options. We trusted her opinion as we weren’t made to feel like a quick sale.

James at High Wycombe was AMAZING. I was not looking forward to going bed shopping for my (stroppy) teenage son. James was so welcoming and knowledgable and my son said at the end of the time at the store when we purchased a divan, head board and mattress "well, that was the best day out we've had in over a year"|. OK, w've been through a pandemic, but it was a great experience, mainly due to James.

Charles was extremely knowledgable and his customer service was above and beyond. We even spent more than planned as Charles took the time to listen to our needs and found the right Mattress that suited the both of us; he even stayed late to help us with the pillow choice too. I wish more people in retail could demonstrate such levels of service.

I came into store knowing the product line I was after to satisfy my needs. James was friendly, conversational and assisted me in checking out the available cooltouch mattresses ensuring I got the product that suited me, apprised me of my options and didn't try to upsale when he had the opportunity instead insuring customer need over potentially higher sale. Didn't pressure me to by and even arranged for colleagues to assist when I mentioned I'd likely be in the next day with someone to help choose a bed frame. Next day Kevin recognised me and told me James had passed on the information and helped with product information on the bed frames I was interested in. When it came to processing the sale he spoke through the differences between the previous quote and the new one due the change in choice of bed frame and ensured I understood these changes and that I had the option to opt out of certain add-ons I'd previously asked for. Ultimately I ended up spending more than I initially intended and more than the initial quote due to the changes I made. However, due to the customer service I am certain in my choice and that I made the right decisions.
