All my questions were answered. The staff were extremely friendly and I was given a lovely cup of coffee.

Great help from Ramala at Loudwater Store. She left us alone to browse beds and mattresses. Then gave us her expert advice and then completed our purchase efficiently. I am delighted with purchase and l look forward to receiving the bed on 3rd March. Fran Cavell

Entirely due to our salesperson James - friendly welcome, intelligent conversation, highly knowledgeable about the whole range of products (we left with a super king mattress, bed frame, duvet, pillows, pillow protectors.... ) He made the whole process easy and enjoyable, which we were not expecting

Kevin was welcoming and courteous. We had been recommended to Dreams with particular relevance to your Sleepmatch system which he explained ,and which we felt was very helpful as my partner has considerable back problems. Kevin showed us the Memoryfoam beds with their different levels of firmness, and we tried them with the assistance of the pillows offered. To be sure about our purchase he also showed us other bed types, but we were not as happy with those - To be certain about our purchase he also confirmed inclusion of two Tempur Cloud Pillows and offered us an excellent coffee while completing the deal.
