Michele was very helpful and not too over keen for the sale.

We were greeted at the door by a friendly young lady called Marika who made us feel most welcome. She pointed out the hand sanitizer and explained the COVID-19 guidelines they were operating in the store. After we looked around at a few mattresses Marika come back over to us and asked if we would like to use the sleep match machine to determine the best mattress for us. Before we got on the machine Marika sanitised the mattress. She offered us drinks which she went off and made whilst the program was running. When finished she took us to the different mattresses that were a good match. Marika grabbed some pillows for us so we could lay down a see how comfortable the mattress was. It just so happens that this amazing young lady gave us each the perfect pillows to try and we ended up spending an extra £75 on 2 pillows. I have to say her customer service is amazing and her product knowledge is second to none. Will definitely be recommending our friends and family pop down and ask for her by name.

Met courteously as we went into the store. First we went to the "test beds" to discover the kind of mattress most suitable for me and then tried a coupe of firm or medium mattresses. The "test" recommended a firm mattress but I was more comfortable with the medium as I always sleep on my side and need my right shoulder to be comfortable. I was encouraged to return to the two kinds of mattress to be sure of my choice, and then we made the sale. We were offered tea / coffee /water and throughout we felt that we were treated seriously and every6 effort was made to find my ideal mattress. My only disappointment was having to wiat until July 1st for delivery!

Lovely service and I was able to walk away with exactly what I’d hoped to purchase. Charlie was very efficient in showing products and options and my choice was in stock so the whole process was very easy.

We were greeted at the door by your assistant Leah who was extremely friendly, looked after us brilliantly, very professional and made the whole experience fabulous. We were sad to leave and wouldn’t hesitate in coming back.
