The staff member was friendly and informative. He provided a selection of products matching my criteria which were available and ensured I left with the products I wanted.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

I went in after work and was very stressed as I needed to find a mattress that I would be able to take home and fit in my car that evening. The dreams employee who helped me (I believe his name was mick) right from the get go was very friendly and understanding of what I needed. He let me try out the sleepmatch bed to see the type of mattress that would best suit me. After that he showed me varying mattresses all within my price range. Once I had settled on the perfect one he got everything sorted for me, even including extra bed cover, a mattress topper and duvet! Couldn’t recommend it enough - staff were so helpful and the whole process was so easy. Have told my parents they need to visit to get their new bed!

Josh who meet us was friendly and polite, he ran though the process for finding the best mattress, he offered us a drink then we used the sleep match for the first time ever and were really impressed. he gave us perfect pillows to use while trying a good selection of different beds. Josh listened to what we said about each bed before recommending the next one to try. After each bed we tried Josh cleaned the bed and explained this all to us before we started due to covid. Once we decided on the bed Josh sat us down and went ahead with the money side, he was patient and explained everything to us, we git free pillows and purchased some extra after discussing them through with Josh and he was able to answer all our questions. We made the order on Monday 31st May and having the bed delivered on Wednesday 9th June so just over a week, cant complain about that. Thank you Josh for all you did to help us

Mike the Dreams representative was excellent. He took the time to explain the various options and was very knowledgeable about the various beds on sale. He is a great asset for dreams !

Josh, who looked after us, spent time understanding our needs, had high product awareness and answered all the questions we asked. Purchasing a new mattress is a big investment and we walked away feeling what we’d purchased was absolutely right for us. I have since already recommended to a friend and family member who are also considering a new purchase.

We were met by Charli as we entered the store. She explained the Covid guidelines asked us if we knew what we were looking for. Charli is professional and very personable explaining in detail the beds and pillows we looked at. There was no hard sell and we were given time to review at our leisure. This is the best customer service from a store that I have encountered in a very long time.

Charli was brilliant. She explained everything so well and enables me to make an informed choice over what would be the best bed and mattress for me.
