The first person we encountered look unkempt and didn't seem in any particular rush to ask one of his colleagues to come and help us. The 2nd person - who served us - knew his stuff, was helpful and I was very thankful that he double-checked the delivery time for us.

I would have been highly satisfied had I not been told by text that the old mattress could not be collected after all after making arrangements for this
