Very helpful, knowledgeable staff

My partner and I went to dreams in search for our first mattress for our new home together. We had been struggling previously to find one we agreed on as we both had different preferences, we decided to go to dreams to get some assistance and guidance. On arrival, we were greeted immediately by a friendly sales assistant Kevin. We explained the circumstance and was offered to try the sleep match technology. We were really impressed with the level of cleanliness as they cleaned everything before we got on and gave us protective covers. After we got the results Kevin explained some details about what level of support was best for each of us, even providing the correct pillows. Kevin then got us to try a few different mattresses that fitted our requirement, the first one we laid on we both loved, we were over the moon that we had found a mattress we actually both loved and pillows too!

Both stores we visited were great. Josh in High Wycombe and John in Eastbourne.Very knowledgeable staff, friendly, well trained, helpful, not at all pushy. A real credit to your brand.
