Very good service from start to finish. Friendly and helpful staff good knowledge of product and showed us the best suitable mattress for my 12 year daughter. Offered drinks and did not feel pressured to buy clear prices and quick delivery just 3 days. Even found the perfect pillow and cover for the mattress. Definitely will visit again when needing another mattress, plenty to choose from at great affordable price.

James was very efficient and helpful, and put himself out to make us welcome. He had good knowledge of the products,and arranged an excellent deal for us. Very happy all round

The gentleman that helped me all the way from the minute I walked through the door to the end was what made my experience as stress free as possible. I think his name was Charles… at dreams in high Wycombe. He made my visit absolutely stress free, nothing was a problem. You could tell his knowledge and customer service skills was like no other. This man deserves a promotion, I would actually recommend family amd friends to go to see him if they ever needed to purchase anything to do with beds in general! Thank you so much x

Our assistant Kevin, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He let us know the Covid safety precautions after he greeted us at the door, then helped us use the Sleepmatch machine to narrow down our potential mattresses. He socially distanced at all times, helped us choose our bed frame, mattress and new pillows. He was absolutely brilliant.
