From the moment we entered the shop we were greeted and made to feel very comfortable. The assistant Charles was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all, he asked relevant questions so he could recommend the right products. We felt safe within the shop as all measures we would expect were in place. Well done Dreams High Wycombe.

We were served by Mick in Dreams, High Wycombe. He took his time explaining to us the different mattresses and key differences, we felt no pressure to buy and was always on hand to assist. Mick clearly knew what he was talking about, and really helped us secure the right mattress for us! Friendly, and made us a drink. We came away very satisfied and happy with our purchase!
