The sales assistant was very knowledgeable, and good with my two children aged 1 &2

I managed to find a good deal and high quality that I was satisfied with. My server was extremely helpful with placing my order and very friendly to me. I was also happy that I got to choose the delivery date too and plus I found exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Dreams and I will recommend you 100%.

1st visit, we were allowed sufficient amount of time to browse before Dreams employee asked if we needed help, was then very informative showing us suitable items. 2nd visit, same employee spotted us and sorted out what we wanted

I was immediately greeted by Roy. He quickly assessed my needs and I decided on a product within minutes.

The sales person Henry was splendid his knowledge of the beds was very good. He was extremely helpful and we came away happy with our purchase of our new bed and looking forward to the delivery.

I came to Dreams and Stanley approached me and my partner straight away. He was really nice, asked us about our requirements and showed available products suited to our needs. It was noticeable that Stanley has vast knowledge about mattresses and we were very happy with the choice we made thanks to him. We were glad he didn't show us the most expensive products, but the one he thought would be the best for us. He explained the possibility of 30 days trial and the purchase went very smoothly.

The sale assistant was very professnial on what he was talk about and talked us through everything we needed to know about our purchase . Also offer us a hot drink which made us feel welcome. The saleman name was Mr Jeff Lee. This saleman was very polite and not pushy which was a good thing when making a purchase.

The lady that was assisting me (Margaret) was really helpful, she had great product knowledge and was not in the slightest bit pushy. It was because of her I'd be likely to go back again as I felt I could ask question and get an honest answer.

I wanted to buy my new bed from "Dreams" as I'd purchased a bed from Dreams before, and I expected and got a good service from the staff.
