The staff, especially Margaret and Alex, were very patient and extremely helpful in educating us about the Tempur mattresses while being friendly and a good laugh while we waited for the underwriter to review our credit

Well I wanted a pillow for side sleepers, as my old floppy ones left me with neck and shoulder pains all day. I went into Dreams and chose one for myself. I was approached by Stanley to ask if I needed help and thought I didn't. I then spoke with Adam whom encouraged me to test out my chosen pillow on one of the beds, however before I did this Adam did point out that I had the incorrect pillow for side sleeping and recommended The Pocket Spring pillow. Apparently this had an inbuilt coil which I have never heard of. Well to cut to the chase there was definitely a major difference. My sleepless night disappeared, and 9 days later I returned and bought a second pillow for my husband, this was after claiming he was happy with soft pillows. He changed his mind about that after waking up one morning unable to turn his head. So within the space of 9 days I spent £59.98 on pillows and so glad I did. I intend to get a 3rd at some point, I only wished Dreams long enough pillow for Super King beds

We were quickly offered assistance by a friendly, but not pushy, staff member who was quite knowledgeable and happy to explain things about the different mattresses, and also chat about our problems with our old mattress. We appreciated being offered tea or coffee whilst making the purchase, as that doesn't make you feel rushed.

The shop assistant was very helpful throughout his name was Stanley. Answered all the questions I asked in a very professional manner.

The customer service I received by Margaret was excellent. We had a certain price range and she gave us several different options whjch suited our needs.

From the moment we went into the store Shiraz was helpful and explained the colour marking of mattresses and how that translated into comfort levels. He also re-enforced the 14 day returns policy of the mattresses which was reassuring because choosing mattresses is a difficult decision to make based on a 5 minute lay down in store!

The staff were very helpful and attentive and were willing for us to take our time in deciding which product suited us
