Kevin at High Wycombe was absolutely brilliant. He couldn't of been more helpful he provided excellent clear Covid-19 safety briefing as we walked in and his knowledge of the products was fantastic! He could not of done more for us offering tea and coffee and water whilst we were trying put the products. I was planning on writing an email to HQ prior to this survey once I've taken delivery on Saturday. I was offered a Saturday delivery FOC which was great, but not a deal breaker. Kevin was honestly fantastic and spoke very highly of Dreams and how as a company you looked after your staff during the C19 pandemic. I honestly feel Kevin is a credit to your company and the HW store. Dreams felt like a premium store with fantastic service which is more than I expected. Thank you Kevin

All the staff members were friendly & attentive. I would particularly like to mention Joshua who took the time to help me find the items I was looking for. He had a great range of knowledge & allowed me to take my time to make my decisions. I came away from Dreams feeling very satisfied with me experience.

Charles took his time to help us. He used the gizmo bed which used our body structure, weight, sleeping position to calculate the firmness etc of the type of mattress that would best suit us for a good nights kip also taking into account our permanent injuries. He also arranged a drink each for us and went through everything that made up the bill so we fully understood the costing. Arranged the delivery time to suit us - even got us some water so I could take my medication. Nothing was too much trouble for him

The whole experience from the time we walked into store was amazing the shop assistant was very informative but not pushy we felt that we were totally informed on all the products we were interested in,.and was left to make our own decisions, our questions were answered with confidence which again not pushed into a decision

I explained exactly what I required and was directed to try out the suitable products available. I was able to make a quick decision on what I needed.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff

Charlie was the lady who dealt with us and she was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Leah was really good and sought advice regarding the Hypnos bed frame availability.
