He was clearly adept and fully conversant in your Covid 19 security measures as well as your product range. He is a credit to Dreams and we felt very well looked after.

Charlie was knowledgeable and friendly, she was clear about pros and cons of different mattresses. We didn’t feel rushed or pushed into a decision, we had plenty of time to try different options and felt safe in the knowledge that social distancing was adhered to and sanitisation was clearly a top priority.

We were quickly brought from a low knowledge base about beds to knowing enough to make an informed choice.
