The salespeople didn't hassle you from the get go. They could see we were browsing but when we liked for assistance they were very helpful. This made for a good shopping experience

I called the Dreams store in High Wycombe as it was an emergency and I needed a new double mattress. When I called, Stanley was very kind and helpful. I told him my predicament and the only way I was going to get my mattress on time was to come and collect it from the store. This was fine! Stanley said there was a double in stock and he was going to save it for me. I got there within the hour, I paid for it with ease and collected the mattress there and then. Three other guys from the warehouse helped to put it into my car. They were all very helpful. So special thanks to the HW store who helped on Thurs 10 March at 4.30pm! I was very stressed that day and Dreams saved the day, no kidding!!

I had a very old and uncomfortable mattress that was overdue replacement. I had a vague idea of what I wanted and had visited some local shops and not found what I was looking for. I needed a one stop shop where I could get the advice I needed and try out each of the mattresses I was considering. Dreams was the obvious choice. I am so glad I popped into the Loudwater store when I did, If I hadn't done so I would have almost certainly ordered totally the wrong mattress and made a costly mistake. I am very happy with the choice I have made and was helped to make that decision by the friendly staff at this store. Many Thanks
