We spoke to the sales assistance as soon as we entered the store, he made us feel welcome and at ease. We told him what we were looking for and he directed us to the mattress' that were in our price range. We made a choice and filled out the order details. He also asked if we wanted anything else , we did need pillows and bed protectors which we probably wouldn't have thought of. Unfortunately you didn't have and king single matress' (3'6"). We have a bed that we bought back with us from NZ.

Henry who assisted us was extremely helpful and friendly and listened to what we wanted. Did not feel like we were pushed into buying something, he made sure the purchase was best for us.

We were welcomed, offered advice and given space/time to ourselves very appropriately. Our salesman was careful to understand our needs before showing us the options available. There was no hard sell.

Friendly greeting from Adam, with knowledge to match my declared wishes to suitable products. Willing to answer questions to justify product recommendation. Other customers were observed to be receiving similar personal attention from Dreams Team. Optional services adequately discussed with no pressure to accept. Purchase completed in relaxed surroundings over coffee (nice Dreams mug!). Details of paperwork adequately explained (although confirmation stated 'served today by Zahir') Agreed delivery date within acceptable time scale. Result:- walked away having achieved all I set out to do.

We were intending to purchase something when we walked in to the store. We still did find it easy, pleasant and helpful to speak to your representative during our visit. There was an appropriate enquiry about our needs and likes/dislikes, followed by suitable recommendations and an opportunity for us to test and compare products for as long as we liked without any pressure. Our questions were answered objectively and truthfully which was important to us. Finaply, the administration around the purchase was carried out swiftly and professionally.

I walked into the store, explained what I wanted, was shown a choice, picked the bed I liked, tested 3 mattresses picked the one I liked. Went to the desk paid for the items, the assistant (Stanley) who took me through the legal bits and pieces. this was done with courtesy and speed. I left your extremely satisfied with the service I received, I now the purchased items and delivery meet the same high standards.
