Charles took time to understand our needs, was patient and friendly, didn't push anything we said we didn't like, gave us plenty of opportunity to discuss on our own, made sure we had refreshments on a hot day.

When entering the stores it was evident that the staff were adhering to social distancing. Staff were quick to come over to us and were very knowledgable about the products they sell. Price was fairly well priced and we managed to get a good discount on extra products. Staff were very quick to get us served and get our order put through. Had our products in stock and we were able to take them home on the day.

James greeted me with a bottle of cool water and happy disposition. He was very polite, knew exactly what I was looking for after asking me a few questions. We shared a couple of jokes, honestly, it was a great experience. We have bought several beds from dreams and it's always my 'go to' bed store. James raised the level to actually make my day a better one. Congratulations, he's a keeper.

All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery time was exceptional. The quality of the bed and guarantee was first class. The driver kept us informed of timings on the delivery day and the installation was carried out quickly and efficiently.
