Overall such a good & easy experience by a very nice friendly and informative lady from the High Wycombe store Charlie.

I was highly satisfied because Charlie was an absolute sweetheart, she knew her stuff and were really friendly, whilst remaining professional. Her communication and listening skills was outstanding, she ensure we got the best product that was suitable for our needs.

Mainly because of 1) Joshua ... highly knowledgeable and attentive ... offered all the time and attention required. Listened. 2) The sleep analysis system - very useful. 3) Ordering and payment process straight forward. HOWEVER this store needs air conditioning for the sake of staff and customers.

Can’t get overly excited about all this it’s just a new & I hope comfortable mattress

The store was laid out in a flowing manner whereby you walked around and could easily see what you were looking for and also see many of the various colours and the display items were in most sizes so you could see exactly what was what. The staff were really helpful too they seemed to have a vast knowledge of the beds and the benefits etc all in all a stress free and trouble free experience on the day.
